'We stayed 4 nights. The floor in the entrance hall is old and looks tired. When we checked out we were surprised by the amount to be paid extra. We were charged an outrageous amount for 8 small bottels of Evian water. The water was placed everyday on the side of the wash basin and not in the minibar so we assumed these bottels to be complimentary. 'The room is updated and nice decorated for the price but the check in process and the service level was not satisfactory. It is not clear at the time of booking that because they are an apart hotel, they only change towels and clean up the room every other day . It should be clearly disclosed at the time of making the reservation specially because they only left one hand towel and two bath towels for a 2 adult reservation. '

'He estado en muchos hoteles en los años que voy viajando y sin duda este fue el mejor, por su ubicación, está cerca a la Zona T, parque 93, por San Alberto ( El cafe más premiado de Colombia, ademas me quedo cerca ir a Monserrat,museos del Oro, etc), en mis estancias yo valoro la seguridad, si cuenta con desayuno, el guardaquipajes y la atención 24 horas y sin duda es completo. Ademas que son tan amables y atentos y su desayuno muy bueno y rico, recomiendo y volveré a alojarme aqui'
