We would have left a genuine tip for the staff who were excellent, but declined to do so as a result of feeling pressurised.'

'The room is updated and nice decorated for the price but the check in process and the service level was not satisfactory. It is not clear at the time of booking that because they are an apart hotel, they only change towels and clean up the room every other day . It should be clearly disclosed at the time of making the reservation specially because they only left one hand towel and two bath towels for a 2 adult reservation. '

'We stayed 4 nights. The floor in the entrance hall is old and looks tired. When we checked out we were surprised by the amount to be paid extra. We were charged an outrageous amount for 8 small bottels of Evian water. The water was placed everyday on the side of the wash basin and not in the minibar so we assumed these bottels to be complimentary. It is very dangerous in Bogota to take a cab randomly in the streets so we asked the hotel to call us a cab every time we went out. Turned out we paid...

'Prima hotel vlakbij park 93 met goede restaurants in de buurt. Hotel is zeker een van de betere in de omgeving en daar betaal je ook voor. Goede kamer, eigen keuken met koelkast en vriezer. Heel comfortabel bed. Minpunten zijn de kleine badkamer en het feit dat er geen airco op de kamer was'

'Erg fijn hotel op een zeer goede locatie in Bogota. Restaurantjes in de buurt, maar het restaurant in het hotel is echt geweldig! Ontbijt is erg goed, maar ook het avond eten is top. Goed bed, fijne kamer. Ik kom zeker terug! '
