'Staff was excellent and very helpful. We were in a room very close to the entertainment initially and it’s very loud at night so asked to change. They were able to accommodate. The food, especially at lunch, was not amazing with a minimal selection. Would like to see them up their food options. Also if you are gluten or dairy intolerant the choices were almost non existent. '

'The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well.'
