'I went for 6 days and had an amazing experience! The staff is wonderful!!! I really enjoyed the activities at the activities pool. I stayed in a first level room with the swim up pool, which was wonderful. I was in a preferred room which included room service and had a concierge on site. The resort itself is beautiful, about 1.5 hours away from Cancun airport. I personally did not love the food for dinner at the restaurants, which I kind of expected from an all-inclusive.
