'The resort was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and exceeded our expectations. We traveled as a family with ages ranging from 13, 17,18,22,23 and 25 everyone had an amazing time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—from the pool bar and restaurants to room service. Everything was truly a 10 out of 10.

'Outstanding service, great pools, Talay and Morea were are favorite restaurants, Mezcal not so much, the staff is very well staffed, and all the restaurants and coffee shop a 15% gratuity is added automatically and a 16% tax. It’s in pesos however they give you the dollar amount so you don’t have to have any guest work on how much it actually cost you. Breakfast for two was around $100. Dinner could be 100 to 200 that does not include any drinks. Overall I think reasonable for a high-end...

'From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!'
