'I recently stayed at Pullman for multiple days and was deeply disappointed with the overall hospitality and service, which fell far short of my expectations for a high-end establishment.
- The Room Views: The view from my room was utterly dismal, facing a noisy and unsightly construction site.
- Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was meager and unappetizing. Many items appeared stale or unfresh. Furthermore, buffet plates were not replenished regularly, and the coffee machines malfunctioned...

'Het uitzicht was uniek. Zicht op de haven en de toren van Auckland. Een zeer mooie kamer, zoals de foto bij boeking. Goede bedden en goede kwaliteit lakens.
Service van al het personeel: uitstekend, zoals je het bij een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht.
Minpuntje: de deur van de gemeenschappelijke stoomkamer sleepte over de vloer bij het openen en sluiten. Storend wanneer je zit te relaxen en genieten.
