Paula, the manager, was especially helpful with everything and communicated promptly with me when I had any questions, even outside normal business hours. Thank you Paula! It is accessed via a private dock and is tricky to access after normal lancha run-times from San Marcos, so plan accordingly and buy your supplies beforehand. « Visitors must be aware of the steep, difficult climb from the main road. Fit folx in their 20s and 30s won't be too fussed, but we're pretty fit for our 50s and it was a real effort. Handrails leading up to the yurts would make an excellent safety addition. We stayed in the top yurt (#4) and the views are tremendous and worth the big climb. We requested breakfast delivery in the am and it arrived on time! Delicious. Recommend this relatively new destination! »

« While the rooms are nice, but nothing exceptional (the beds are very tough, the bathrooms are basic), the location and the gardens of the hotel are breathtaking. It is stunning and gorgeous !
