« Beautiful place to stay in San Marcos and extremely walkable to everything including the docks. A little difficult when navigating with luggage but everything else was a breeze. »

« Overall, the place was nice and had everything I needed. They didn’t know I booked on Vrbo, but I think that was because it was their first time listing on it so were not used to checking it. Once they looked, everything was sorted out right away.Next to a indoor soccer gym so noises until around 11 PM, but then got quiet. »

« Firstly, I have to thank Catherine so much for her amazing communication. The perfect host, such quick response to all of our questions. The treehouse was comfortable, good bed, soft pillows and the shower with plenty of hot water, a nice deck for eating breakfast.Lovely gardens and such a nice deck overlooking the lake to read and just enjoy the peace after a busy day visiting the villages around the lake..enjoyed the hammock too! Hailing tuktuks to the village of San Juan is easy from the top...

« We arrived at night and instantly fell in love with the property. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, we woke up to the most stunning views. The property is gorgeous and was spotless!!! Our trip would not have been as spectacular if it weren’t for the host, Julio, and the groundskeeper, Alfonso. « It is a lovely apartment with an incredible view. As it is part of a hotel, one can have all the amenities, like room service or a restaurant in-house, where one can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the lower ground floor there is also a bar. It is right on the lake, where one can swim. There is also a pool. It is a 5 min drive away from the town Panajachel, where again, one has a lot of shops and more restaurants.
