'Everything about our stay was excellent. We had a problem with our heat. Called the desk. Someone was at our room within 10-15 minutes. He took a look at it , made an adjustment, and had the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes with no further issues.'

'This hotel was amazing. The staff, the amenities, the indoor pool and free breakfast really made our stay in Branson. I will say, the room could use some updating (lighting,fridge,microwave?) just in my double queen perhaps. We were not in our room much as there were plenty of accommodations for surrounding entertainment. I will absolutely bring my family back for a return stay. '

'This is an excellent hotel! The heated pool and hot tub is awesome and CLEAN! Always stocked with pool towels. This hotel has big rooms with kitchens and living rooms and separate bedroom. Very roomy. Lots of staff everywhere, very kind, and working hard. Free cookies, good ice machine, board games set out to play. Hotel smells good. Everything was clean and on point. Fair price.
