Condo on the River-Million Dollar View!

This luxury one bedroom, upstairs condo overlooks the award winning Riverwalk in heart of Downtown Wilmington. The master bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens to a view of the Cape Fear River and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

The rooms were as noted! Very clean and perfect location. Walk almost everywhere in the city and close to many venues. Was even able to go to the US North Carolina naval ship tour using a water taxi right down the road.Contacting the owner was a 10 out of 10 and very helpful. I recommend this facility to anyone wanting to visit the Wilmington area.Truly enjoyed.

Condo could use a good cleaning, parking was absolutely terrible and expensive! The view was amazing!! The owner was very easy to contact. Everything worked as it should. The noise from the businesses down stairs always stopped at an appropriate time for an adult bedtime but wouldn't recommend for kids. Very nice town, you can walk to anything you need! The restaurant 128 has amazing food!!!!

We enjoyed the location. Walked around a craft festival downtown. Ate at many restaurants. Twenty minute drive to Carolina beach. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching people walk on the riverfront. Gorgeous sunsets. A comfortable, clean unit.

Thank you for having us! Forgot to share with the host that the lightbulb was out in the big lamp in the living room, so we used the bulb from the overhead lamp and forgot to switch it back.Enjoyed being so close to everything! Only recommendations for the future is maybe complimentary shower soap and shampoo if possible. We also had a slat from under the bed fall out that we had to fix. Thank you, again!

I really wanted to love this property, as it was planned for an anniversary celebration. Unfortunately it fell flat and does not live up to 'luxury' as stated in its title. Stars were given for good communication with the host and the location that allowed for beautiful sunset views and sunny mornings from the terrace. Unfortunately, we were turned off by:- the filthy approach to the access/entry stairwell that resembled an abandoned backalley, though it was well lit at night, -the black, decaying shower track and old fixtures in the bathroom with no water stop in the sink, and a broken off doorstop on the floor- black, satin sheets on an old, worn out, saggy and unsupportive mattress with a stained mattress pad- a flimsy barrel bolt lock on the terrace door, not great for safety in such a public place. The place needs updating/TLC or should be renamed for what it is.

Great view center of charming Wilmington

For a recent business trip, local hotel rooms were super-expensive so decided to try staying in this VRBO in the center of downtown Wilmington. Situated right on the Riverwalk, with a balcony almost sitting over the river, this was a great alternative. More space, more light, and immediate access to the places I like to go when not in working meetings.

This was the perfect place for visiting our daughter and Wilmington. The location was incredible and we walked everywhere! The balcony overlooking the river was such a treat. Everything was exactly as described inside. The paid parking across the street was so convenient. Close to all that Wilmington has to offer including beaches, history, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, the battleship, and so much more. Go to Hidden Grounds and Concord for a fun coffee experience! And Kilwins for ice cream! Loved the friendly atmosphere everywhere, live music, and abundance of things to do. We will come back. Place is great!!!!!

Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful weekend! The condo was perfect for what we were looking for..….exactly as seen online. It was perfect size for us with all the amenities we needed. Rob was an excellent host and the location is amazing! Views of the waterway, boats, the Riverwalk, and people just strolling! We parked the car and didn’t have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere! We can’t wait to return and hope to stay at Rob’s place again!

It was exactly as advertised.

The location and view were awesome. Very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Of course we went on coldest weekend of the year, so we were restricted. I had messaged the host prior but no response. No big deal but the dryer really does not get hot. Our favorite restaurants were next door and now a bar right beside made this a great stay.
