'Front Desk was pretty busy when we arrived. They were pretty rushed to get us checked-in. Found info in the suite lacking. There were two WELCOME binders, but not alot of information regarding the amenities or how to use any of the appliances. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace for awhile, especially because the switch seemed to be backwards.
