'Was not able to check into the property as there was no one there. I wasn’t given the access codes to the property before arrival and when I tried to contact the company over a few hours no one responded. They eventually did but by that time I had already booked another property and didn’t go back.'

'Apartment doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Place was clean and good space. Run down on outside and corridor. Pls be aware that apartment has one portable aircon and not central. I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. When I requested a portable fan for the bedroom as it was really hot, I was told they would bring one the next day as it was late when I arrived. But the fan never came even when I asked again. 'Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones.
We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,...

'As mentioned in other reviews, the room is small but fine for two people. The location is great - within about 15 minutes walk you can get to Hammersmith or Shepherd's Bush station, which gives great access to the city sights. There's a lot of restaurants and shopping around the area. It is just down the road from a fire station and police station, but we didn't hear a lot of sirens. The hosts are communicative and were helpful in fixing a couple of small issues that came up during the stay....
