'Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

'This apartment was absolutely lovely. Clean, uncluttered, all the essentials provided, and an excellent host who was responsive and set up efficient systems for check in and check out. LOVED the location. My family and I had an amazing time here. I will say we are kind of clean freaks and this property met our expectations. Would love to come back again!'

'The support personnel was excellent, who did all they could and more to help us. But, two flaws: 1. No cable TV and that wasn’t mentioned when we reserved. That was particularly important while the World Soccer tournament was being held. A special subscription for that event would have been greatly appreciated and wouldn’t have cost much. 2. The freezer door in Loft 33 kept being frozen locked, and we had to ask daily to have it unlocked.'

'AVOID IT AT ALL COST! This unit was a major disappointment. It’s a basement-style space with almost no natural light. Bugs and spiders were present in multiple rooms, and the constant noise from the building’s HVAC system made it difficult to rest. The rugs were heavily stained, the sofa appeared to have dried urine, and the chairs were torn. The sheets did not feel clean, and the bathroom amenities were extremely cheap. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors locked, and the loud squeaking made...

'Great location in the middle of the Latin Quarter, with restaurants aplenty and lots of liveliness, but a peaceful night's sleep at the back of the building. Easy walk into the Old Town too.'

'Excellent location, super lovely room. Tip: there is parking nearby, but it does not belong to the hotel and is around 60$ a day, but it is monitored 24/hr, which is a bonus.'

'The property is ideally located, truly. A block from the center (Cartier) close to the Champs de Mar station. Beautiful apartment, clean and bright. The view, lovely! The hosts communicated via text immediately upon arrival, check in was easy breezy!'
