'Great overall - except the conditioner bottle in the bathroom was filled with shampoo, and the staff didn't seem to understand the difference between the two when I raised the issue, and tried to tell me they're both supposed to be the same thing (the clearly marked labels on the bottles begged to differ). 'Great location in Old Montreal. Lots of shops and restaurants, close to the water. This does mean it can be pretty loud outside if its busy , but it is what it is. Room isn't too big, prob 2 people max . No desk to work on. Very clean and easy to find.'

'Perfecte locatie als je Montreal wilt bezoeken. 10 minuutjes wandelen van Old Montreal en Vieux port, ook de winkelstraat ligt maar op enkele minuten van het hotel. Het was mijn 2de keer in dit hotel en alles beviel prima. Echter het inchecken ging nogal aan de trage kant. Vanaf 15h krijg je zogezegd je kamer, maar dit heeft nu geduurd tot 16h30, en ik was niet de enige. Ik denk dat er daar iets verkeerd liep. Desondanks was het personeel altijd super vriendelijk. 'De appartementen liggen in de mooiste straat van oud Montréal en zijn erg ruim, met veel faciliteiten op de kamer. Er is geen lift, maar dat maakte ons niet uit. De service van het personeel uit de Auberge du Vieux Port is uitmuntend. Vriendelijk en gastvrij.'
