'Terrible experience. Locked out of room four times. Code had to be changed four times. Each time had to get a new code. Climbing three flights of stairs to find I am locked out of room. No one on site to help. Have to call someone for help. Help is short lived. New code does not last long. And I am locked out again. Only stayed here 2 nights. It was 2 nights of hell. I was exhausted at the end of this. No one made any offer to make this right. The basics of paying for a room that I did not get....
