« Our biggest issue with the property is that it’s listed as “private” but it isn’t private at all. So I’m not sure if that’s on VRBO or the owner. The rental is a basement that has been turned into a small apartment. The only thing separating the stairwell to the main floor are small garbage cans set in front of the stairs.
