Heather is a perfect host! Pics are exactly on point- in fact, we were pleasantly surprised with all of the added, fun details that are not in the pics. Anything you can think of needing is there. Very fun and thoughtful with all of the amenities. Perfect base camp for Red Rocks and the surrounding areas. There were 4 adults and we were super comfortable with the size of the indoor/outdoor space. Definitely a great place to stay!

What a great place! Loved the house, back patio and neighborhood. Great food of every ethnicity within walking distance at Edgewater Public Market, and so easy to get to Red Rocks! Host was fantastic.

Cozy Cozy Cozy!

The house is super cute. Situated on a beautiful lot with an amazing backyard with a fountain. And there are Koi fish you can feed, which is super fun. The neighborhood is nice. Gives a feel of a slower time/pace. Lots of people out walking. It’s very easy to get around to either the city or the foothills. Heather was great checking in daily.

Politically opinionated host, no EV hookup, uncomfortable beds.

When we arrived, greeted by Heather on site. She showed us around the backyard and was cleaning the property of leaves. I don’t mind her cleaning but genuinely prefer not to meet the host. What bothered us was when we said nice Tesla and she started to complain about Musk and how she wants to sell the car because of who he is. She also started to tell us about her opinion of Trump and Elon Musk. I don’t care if you’re on the left or the right I don’t wanna talk about your political opinion.We asked where the EV hook up was, she said there wasn’t any. So we used our own slow charger as we indicated to her. She was almost annoyed. The high top table is incredibly uncomfortable, especially for anyone that actually wants to sit down and work remotely. The master bed at the back of the house was incredibly uncomfortable. We switched beds with our kids after the first night and moved to the front of the house. Both mattresses were too soft and very uncomfortable. It’s frustrating to be able to say that the beds were less comfortable than your normal hotel.I’m not really sure why the house only has five forks. We had to hand wash the forks because we didn’t want to run the dishwasher after every single meal. The dishwasher is so noisy!Didn’t like the fact there was a box of marijuana on top of the fridge and don’t think the books are all kid friendly. Specifically “Brenda’s Beaver Needs a Barber.”The shower is a knee killer and difficult to get in and out.Disappointed!

Perfect Place to Stay

There were so many aspects of this property that made me smile. The music nostalgia all over the house was beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed upon arrival. The common areas were so comfortable and of course, the backyard was PERFECT! 2 hammocks!! We tried to use everything, but there just wasn't enough time. Heather is an incredibly hospitable host. I did have an issue with the beds, but Heather immediately offered great solutions. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to stay at this property and would definitely consider coming again. Thanks again!!!

This property is the bomb!

I have stayed up in Heathers other property in Pueblo and was blown away by all the special touches she provides. Her flexibility was phenomenal, her communication was immediate. She gave so many recommendations for restaurants and activities. The koi pond was awesome, along with all the cool special touches in the house. Beds so comfy. I would give it a million stars. She knows how to do the VRBO thing super well!

Thanksgiving in Denver

We stayed at the cottage for a week over Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed. It was a cute place. It was cold, so we really didn’t use the backyard, but I can imagine in warmer weather it would be a great place to hang out. The owners were easy and helpful to communicate with.

Cozy Cottage near Red Rocks

What a fun weekend on the west side of Denver. This house was perfect for me and my wife. Very well decorated and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and they had a hugh TV. The back patio was private and fun for drinks and coffee. We attended a concert on Saturday at Red Rocks. It was about a 20 mile drive to RR. We would stay here again. S&D

Very comfortable, convenient, clean and cute. Very comfy beds. Since we drove there I was able to bring my own pillows… glad I did cuz the pillows are big. I prefer a flatter pillow. We were in town for Red Rocks concert and this location was close and convenient for getting there are getting back. Awesome back yard. Will stay again next concert.

The Cozy Cottage is exactly that. We loved everything about it. The beds were very comfortable. We spent many morning and evening hours in the backyard. The location was terrific for our daily excursions. If you are lucky enough to stumble upon this gem, do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed.
