'The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. However, the room was not properly cleaned, and there is no air conditioning, making it extremely hot during the heat wave. There is also no elevator, so reaching the 4th floor meant climbing more than 80 stairs. Keep that in mind if you're traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues.'

'Elegant and comfortable. The level of detail is amazing, from the tiles at the bathroom to the lamps and of course the gorgeous furniture. Homemade breakfast and the staff are so sweet and helpful. Well connected with trams and buses to metro/train. My new favourite place to stay in Brussels. Looking forward to coming back.'

For those who enjoy walking, the city is very pedestrian‑friendly, and you can walk safely and comfortably from the hotel to almost anywhere in town.'
