'Located in the fancy area of Ginza, only a 5 minute walk from Shinbashi Station. Reception & lounge on the 2nd floor. Free of charge drink vouchers for local beer or soft drinks and free of charge pancakes in the morning. Coffee & tea also free of charge as are amenities such as tooth brush, shaving cream, pyjamas etc… Rooms are relatively small but well equipped. Free of charge still water every day! 'Clean and neat hotel, very good location, also with regarding to metro station. Akasaka-mitsuke station has a very good connection to almost all metro lines in Tokyo. Hotel room was small, but we could make it work. We prefer to sleep with the window open but it couldn’t be opened fully, which was the only negative thing to the room.'

'AC did not seem to cool down when put on lower temperature.Bidet function toilet doesn't work. Drain is not cleaned and was a little clogged. It was very gross. Breakfast buffet was cold. Luggage doesn't fit under bed, taking up a lot of space.'

'Clean enough room, but there were stains on the walls and carpet. Otherwise in a good area. Breakfast included was nice. '
