'We booked this to accommodate a family Christmas vacation for 11 adults (aged 23 - 72) and 5 children (age 1 - 9). 'This spot is amazing for being by the beach and also being near some very helpful restaurants. The sounds isn’t a bad as other reviews say. Weeknights are quiet. 'Absolutely wonderful stay. We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds. 'This was a great place to stay right on the beach. It did get loud at night especially over the weekend but the listing and previous reviews prepared us for that. 'We had 15 of us stay for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect location and set up for a big group. The property is stunning and the outdoor space is truly the best part. Only about 20 minutes from the airport and 30 from Cabo - we were able to do everything we wanted in a 4-day span. The host is wonderful and was super communicative when we needed anything. Highly recommend working with Chef Silva - his team was amazing! I would absolutely stay again!!'

'This is the third time my best friend and I have rented this property. It is a beautiful home in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a real plus on those warm afternoons. The owner, Chris, and his property manager Martha were a joy to deal with. We are planning a return visit next year.'

'Da was a great host! We felt right at home during our stay and we look forward to coming again sometime. We provided some feedback about housekeeping and a few other items that was well received and appreciated. 'The home is very comfortable with good AC and outdoor pool. An Uber to downtown is only $4 and they are quick and attentive, so you can go several times a day. There is a very nice neighborhood restaurant only a block away for breakfast lunch and dinner. Clean and tasty. There is also a convenience store two blocks away for small items.
