I booked 1 week before and 2 consecutive weeks after around the Marina area due to map on Expedia pinning the villa near Divorce Beach. We discovered the true location of the villa the day before our family arrived. Not near the Marina, Medano Beach,nor a 1 minute walk to the private beach.The Marina location and beach com. beach was of importance to our family...

'We had a great stay at the Nahvela Residence! Claudia was an amazing host who welcomed us early at the VRBO and explained everything about the house. The house is one of the nicest homes and we all very much enjoyed it. Was perfect for a big group with each room having its own bathroom and ample living room and outdoor space. Highly recommend!!'

'Overall it was a nice property. The only complaint was that the maintenance people go in and out unannounced all day long and there’s a boat on property that gets picked up and dropped off daily, so the secure gate at the property doesn’t really mean anything.'
