'Yes..difficult to reach..didn’t answer emails.had to pay for phone to reach him..had to ask for towels and paper products….No safe No hair dryerVery barren unit with poor maintenance and cleanliness No English directions on unit use/tv/check out directions and NO English tv channels'

'Fully equipped, very clean and well maintained. Gardener came once a week and pool cleaners came twice a week, both very unobtrusive. Comfortable beds. Fabulous neighborhood. We walked to Cabo Bello beach almost every day. Short drives to town and best snorkeling beaches. Would definitely rent again.'

'Booked this property through Expedia 1 year ago.Had planned this family holiday around an extended holiday in Cabo for my husband and I. I booked 1 week before and 2 consecutive weeks after around the Marina area due to map on Expedia pinning the villa near Divorce Beach. We discovered the true location of the villa the day before our family arrived. Not near the Marina, Medano Beach,nor a 1 minute walk to the private beach.The Marina location and beach com. beach was of importance to our family...
