' Everything was just superb. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. My wife felt at home interacting with Anna, ĐA, Tom etc. They were truly helpful and informative. They even managed to prepare some real vegetarian food for me which is not a small thing in Vietnam. My wife and I truly recommend this place and would stay there only, if we ever visit Hanoi again. 'J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!'

'Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant.'

'Arrived in HaNoi on a weekend - the hustle bustle in the old town was mind boggling and the street in front of the hotel was impassable but the hotel staff met our taxi at the corner and carried our bags to the hotel. 'Geweldig hotel niet alleen vanwege de fijne locatie en kamers maar vooral ook vanwege het vriendelijke en hulpvaardige personeel. Wij voelden ons iedere keer welkom als we binnen kwamen. 'We zijn erg goed geholpen door het personeel, Jenny in het bijzonder, met al onze vragen. Het hotel ligt op een geweldige plek in het historisch centrum van Hanoi, waar van alles te zien en te doen is. Het hotel is misschien niet supergroot, maar heeft een zwembad op het dak en een lekkere plek met uitzicht om te loungen. Ik kom hier graag weer terug!'
