Flats in Ventura - Oxnard

'What a great stay we had over the weekend! The property was exactly what we were looking for, it's great for our family of 4. The only complaint we had was that the property is a little outdated. The window in the loft did not stay open so it was very warm up there. The shower upstairs was leaking from the shower head, so we just used the downstairs shower and the battery in the smoke alarm in the bedroom kept beeping because it needed to be changed. 'This is an absolutely wonderful studio apartment that is very spacious, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and bedding. It is just steps from the beach and the patio is charming. Pool is as warm even in October. Check in and out was easy and the gist was kind and responsive. I will definitely stay here again. '

'The unit was nice, comfortable, clean. The management company failed to inform us that the complex had major construction going on and that the advertised heated pool and hot tub were not available. I would not rent a property managed by Casago again.'
