'This was by far my favorite hotel stay. The lobby was very spacious and clean. The staff was sooo friendly and went above and beyond. The room was beautiful and had a double window blinds where one darkened the room and the other lightened the room but still offered privacy. The bathroom was massive and luxurious feeling. 'The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast and 5:30 kickback kept us out of the Houston traffic which made our entire trip very smooth! '

'room was awesome! staff was okay two of them were nice but one of the ladies was very rude, airport shuttle was okay i guess they took me to the airport to pick up my guest and then hung up a couple times and didnt pick us up when asked for shuttle and help so i had to book a lyft, laundry was there and they also have a gym!! very lovely place to be despite issues'
