' The design and sense of detail in the hotel is beautiful. The bed is big and very comfortable, so was our room, it’s was very spacious. The pool looks very modern and clean. The staff was genuinely helpful and kind. The location is good, just a short 15/20 min walk to the main shopping area.The serve great coffee in the lobby/cafe. The only minus point was that the breakfast was a bit limited, you could choose one sandwich and one drink (coffee or juice) each, served with a mini bowl...

'quick check inn service, warm, casual, personal and hospitable staff. large and neat rooms. I did not know much information or was not mentioned when checking. Like how you can reach reception? During your stay you can get free drinks like juice. that had been told by one of the permanent staff. Unfortunately! I didn't think breakfast was special. I didn't get much service and was pretty messy. no sugar or salt and pepper at the table. I have to ask one of the management members if I can get it....

'Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room. Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle....

'The management was Very Good, and informed us 3 days early, that they had arrange the Room Unit and collection of Room Key inthe Mail Box, and before, we had arrived to Dorsett Residence. Location is Good, Only 10mins walk to Pavillion Mall and along the Bukit Bintang Shopping Area. About 15 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, We are grad that had this Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang - De Space, We will come again, '
