During your stay you can get free drinks like juice. that had been told by one of the permanent staff. Unfortunately! I didn't think breakfast was special. I didn't get much service and was pretty messy. no sugar or salt and pepper at the table. I have to ask one of the management members if I can get it....

The location was perfect, within walking distance to Pavilion and other shopping centres. It is also surrounded by so many restaurants and corner stores to choose from
One down side is the internet connection is very poor in the area as too many buildings in close proximity, do need to walk away from the building especially if need to book grab rides, search on internet or make phone...

Ondanks dat het hotel best vol was is het een hele rustige omgeving en daardoor erg prettig.
Klein minpuntje, het personeel bij de bar van het zwembad was iets te enthousiast met de verkoop van drank en zonder het te weten van elkaar. Hierdoor werd je dus te vaak door verschillende personeelsleden aangesproken."

"De accommodatie was gekozen vanwege het feit dat we met een gezin ( met tieners) in een kamer konden verblijven. Een kamer met 2 slaapkamers. De schoonmakers maakten de bedden wel op als we daarom vroegen maar de rest van de kamer was niet echt schoon. De bedden waren te doen. Erg harde matras met een wat zachtere topper. Wifi gewoon goed,behalve tijdens onweer.Het meubilair is verouderd en vies. Net als in Europa drijft men op de kracht van de naam. Maar lijkt het vergane glorie. Wel centraal gelegen. Het ontbijt was zo zo, niet continentaal maar erg afgestemd op de regio. Dat is logisch natuurlijk en prima. Volgende keer gewoon een appartement huren in Kuala Lumpur is beter. Je verwacht van Pullman een bepaalde beleving en dat is er niet."
