« This place was INCREDIBLE!!! Our room wasn’t ready by check-in and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and make it up to us. The staff was amazing and attentive and the breakfast burrito was one of the best!! Not to mention the room was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable. »

« One of the housekeeping staff showed us where to check in. The resort is very large and we werent sure where to go. Plus it was raining a lot when we arrived. Our room was upstairs. No elevator. The room was clean and neat. »

« Villa La Serena certainly lived up to our expectations based on the description and photos on the site. It is a truly breathtaking location and the villa was very well equipped with everything our group of 9 could need. We particularly enjoyed all the games - jenga by the pool, ping pong and the pool table and our only complaint was that we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything that the villa had to offer.
