Romantische hotels in Temecula Valley Wine Country

'Room was clean, bathroom was pretty clean. Bed was terrible, it was low to the floor and lumpy, no headboard just the decorated wall. The pillows were small and soft, I had to fold them in half to get decent support. I did not sleep well and now my neck hurts. The bathroom does not have a working fan and no a/c vent so it was humid and stuffy the whole time. 'Great property and well maintained. Front staff, specifically the one training a young lady was super unfriendly. Def should not be dealing with the public as she obviously does not want to be there. Problems with the rooms bathtub were brought to her attention at checkout and she just blew it off and asked how I wanted to pay the resort fee. There was a bright star at the front desk though and wish I got her name. But she was nice.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The balcony overlooking the winery was our favorite part, especially during sunset. The view was absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. The only suggestion I have is regarding the pool area. 'We checked into our room that was tucked in a corner with horrible view,the tv remote didnt work after replacing the batteries. The shower was a hot tub, shower combo that was extremely difficult for a 68 year old to get in and out of we had to request towels.
