Check out simple et rapide . »

« One of the best in PALEMBANG »

« Staff was very helpful the room was clean »

« Nous avons tout aimé le personnel. La chambre. La magnifique piscine. Et la variétés pour le dejeuner »

« I think the property was excellent overall, it is a beautiful hotel and looks like no expense has been spared. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. »

« I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« Bom pacaraio! Bagus sekali! »

« Great location, excellent staff, good restaurant, facilities OK. Hotel maintenance could be a bit better. Room next to busy road, substantial traffic noise, especially early evening. Inflexible when amending booking, ie wanted to charge more than original booking when reducing stay by one day. »

« Staff always ready to help and actually helpful and nice The room is clean, well furnished, could be slightly renovated but overall I recommend this hotel The swimming pool is nice and clean Negative point if any : the view on the cemetery 😅 »
