« We stayed three days and it was a fine hotel for the price. We could have stayed down the road at the $362 per night place, but that was out of the question, budget-wise. This place was responsive to requests and even allowed us to switch to a more accessible room. Parking was good, the rooms were OK - considering the age of the building. Maintenance is an issue there, but again, considering the age of the building, they are trying to keep up. »

« The renovations were beautiful. One suggestion would be that you upgrade the locks on the doors to a deadbolt type. The doorknob lock left us a little concerned, also daylight could be seen coming through from around the door. Regardless, not only would we look forward to staying again, but we would also wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting St Ignace. »

« Stayed 2 nights with husband and 2 kids while visiting Mackinac Island. The hotel is an excellent location. While there is a free shuttle available to take you to one of the ferry docks, it is a quick 10 minute walk, so we walked there and back. There a few dining options and an ice cream shop nearby within walking distance as well, although most seem to close early in the evenings. The hotel is a collection of 4 hotel buildings (all named after the great lakes) and the Reception/pool building....

"Excellent accueil. La piscine est top. L’emplacement est parfait. La vue de la chambre est magnifique. L’un des meilleurs hôtels que nous ayons fait aux US. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré mais c’est toutefois correct."
