Appartement à louer à Gare d'Èze-sur-Mer

« Great new apartment with nice n cool air condition. Little difficult to find initially thru map. The paid parking is about 8 mins walk. I would not recommend for people having difficulties with climbing many stairs since this is located on the hill and has to walk up at least 100 stairs. (some outside the apt and then the apt is on 3rd floor...and no elevator). If you get lucky, you may find paid parking on the street. »

« This is an exceptional property as so many reviews attest. The star is the view - which is breathtaking, day and night. The furnishings, though starting to show their age, are nonetheless lovely for the apartment. Ditto the kitchen accommodations, which are luxurious. More luxury comes with candles and curtains, and so much more. Two quick suggestions to make the stay even better: first - the bathrooms need to be updated and with little improvements could afford a bit more privacy/better...

« The apt was not as advertised. Communication with owner was poor. The property had not been cleaned prior to our arrival…. Communicated that to the owner… his response was... I'll refund the cleaning. The towels had been used and were dirty. The bed only had a bottom sheet. Refrigerator had old food and the trash had not been emptied, shower and sink were dirty. The photos of the property in the advertisement were from when the property was for sale. I would not recommend this property. »
