Flats in Southwest Austin

'I found this property quite disappointing. First, it is in a very old student apartment complex and some of the interior has not been refurbished in decades. Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. Third, the cookware was not usable, the skillet in particular (owner replaced it on the third day). There is no private outdoor space. The HVAC system is quite loud and old. 'Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. '

'Our stay at Mariposa was magical to my husband and I. Everything was provided to accommodate your needs as soon as you walk into the inviting, cozy home away from home. On-site washer and dryer are an added bonus that we were thankful for. The house is clean and the cleaning crew was amazing. Any questions we asked were answered quickly. The location was central for our needs. Honestly I didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Lodge Well.'

'Our activity centered around McKinney Falls State Park. So easy to access! Was pristine when we arrived, amenities center folks were vwry friendly and basically everything as advertised!Host VERY responsive!!!If available , we'll stay again next year!'
