We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!! »

« The pictures do not justify the views. It’s one unit away from being at the very front of the building and the views are spectacular! You have both ocean and city views. The owner is easily reachable and if you need anything he’s there for you. This place is close to everything you need in the Brickell area. We’ll be staying again in the future! »

« We liked the area. We walked around and felt safe. Also the security system of the hotel. Concerning the room, we were disappointed to find that there was only 3 beds for 6 adults and 2 children. »

Communication was excellent they wanted to provide me with the best service, the property was clean and very comfortable to stay in and close to the beach and local bars and restaurants.
