« A little tough to check in not knowing about the open door and the hidden key by the fireplace. We thought it would take two days to get an answer, just like the questions I had earlier during booking that took more than a day to answer. Also, I got sick with cancer, and no longer mobile. I could not go along on the trip to use my Vrbo App in the family’s presence. No one else in the family that was there could use the App. It was in my name only. »

« Overall stay OK but lack of lighting in laundry room with trip hazard. Laundry had soiled laundry from previous guests and was unable to use. Only one bathroom between 8 guests. »

« The house was comfortable and the large table on the large back porch was perfect for a family gathering. The location in South Tampa was great except that the house was on a busy street with street noise from the traffic. There was a problem with check in that caused a delay but it was handled within about 20 minutes. The host even came by to make sure we were able to open the lock on the front door. The host was very friendly and accommodating. »
