Herbergen in South Chennai

' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'They have pictures of Bar and even in elevator it says Bar, restaurant. But when we asked, they said we do not have Bar Licence and for pool, you can go to next property. They have a tie up with Sheraton. But not very nice to include in amenities when its not there'

'Everything was cool'

'Towels and blankets in the room were very limited. We booked an appointment with the onsite spa which was very delayed and kept us waiting for 45 minutes.'

'Het is een redelijk standaard hotel, zwembad ligt prettig, restaurant is uitgebreid in keuzes en eten is in alle gevallen goed en smaakvol geweest'

'Nice location and easy accessable'

'Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants.'

'Walkable '

'Te sterke niet prettige geur in kamer'
