« When we arrived for check in, the security guard did not have our name on the list and asked us to contact the company that owns the property. We tried to message through VRBO and that wasn’t working so we took it upon ourselves go find the number for Vandell Vacations. We spoke to two different women over the course of 3 hours who could not get us into the property and continued to say that this had never happened before. The last woman we spoke to claimed to call VRBO and try to find us...

« It was perfect for a couple! There's a 2 burner stove top but no oven. We didn't plan to cook anyway. We ate breakfast & lunch in the room. It didn't have much silverware. I think it only had 2 small spoons along with 4 forks & knives. We've stayed at that resort before. We liked the lazy river after a day at ths beach. It's great having beach service included! Very short walk to the beach. »

« Room was very outdated and dirty. Had to clean before we brought anything in. The property had construction and noise everywhere. Stated had indoor heated pool and they didn’t. Woke up to no water on first morning! »
