« We stayed for 17 days. The listing states "ski in / ski out access". This is untrue. The property is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There are portions of the walk that are unsafe if there is snow in the side of the roads, busses and traffic have to stop and go around pedestrians. The ski shuttle stop is at the resort. « Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional. »

« Loved this hotel. Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms and onset. Staff transferred us from and to the train station. There is a bus stop right outside that take you to happo, Hakuba 47, Goryu and Iimori all free of charge. Short walk to Echoland restaurants and a great Ramen restaurant opposite the local 7-11. »
