« The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy. »

« La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. « This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! « The Best Place in Hakuba! The Mahoroba property is amazing! I will stay here again! This spacious modern 2-story 3bedroom 3bathroom townhouse has all of the amenities you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay near the major ski resorts in Hakuba. « We stayed for 17 days. The listing states "ski in / ski out access". This is untrue. The property is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There are portions of the walk that are unsafe if there is snow in the side of the roads, busses and traffic have to stop and go around pedestrians. The ski shuttle stop is at the resort. Uber/Taxi was 12 USD one way at the time of our stay/this review. There is no breakfast or food whatsoever at this hotel. There is one microwave for the entire hotel. It was...
