'Clean, well maintained. Beautiful neighborhood. '

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire experience seamless. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail truly stood out. The location was perfect, offering both...

'It was a wonderful property, only three things were of concern when we got there. 1: we had a really hard time confirming and understanding how the door lock worked. Maybe a little note on the inside of the house to help confirm that we are locking it correctly. 2: A curtain or door covering on the inside of the front door would also have been nice. A little uncomfortable walking around and the glass door had no real covering. 3: The bathroom fans were extremely loud, maybe splitting the...

'Had a couple of minor hiccups that I’m sure will be resolved'

'Perfect clean house. Fun activities outside. All around great place. '

'We had a great stay overall and would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect—about 10 minutes from the beach and only 5–6 minutes from downtown and Janus Live, so it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. You have an open/light feeling when staying there. Our childrens (11 & 12) shared the sofa bed, it is quite wide so no issue for them. The master bedroom with adjacent bathroom is pure luxe. Just a stroll to the beach, close to shops/supermarket. Our morning trip to Bean Point was the highlight of our...

'I liked everything it was perfect'

'My family and our 3 dogs enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a Tampa Rays game and the location was perfect. Ryan was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again :)'
