« A well appointed house with wonderful owners. Myself along with some friends and family didnt want to leave. The property itself is breathaking, with wonderful water views, a much needed pool and neat little outcoves sprinkled around the yard. A nice patio table in the shade by the water, a tiki hut with a dining table, a grilling station and a dock with some primo fishing. « LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!Beds were comfortable for our family of 3! Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a nice touch and the downstairs utility room had all the beach supplies we could ask for…towels, boogey boards, tent/umbrella, wagon, sandcastle supplies, beach chairs…you name it! Jennifer & her pup Spencer were the best hosts! We had a wonderful time cruising the island in a golf cart. Would LOVE to come back again soon! »

« Great location just an easy five minute walk to beautiful beach at the tip of the island. Pool was a welcome relief in afternoon when the beach got to hot as the tree in backyard provided shade while in or around the pool. Home was spacious and kitchen well stocked and the big dining table was nice for breakfast. Beds were fine and bedrooms have plenty of under bed storage. Drive to get coffee short and plenty of dining options within easy reach. Definitely will return. »

« This property was Amazing! Super close to the beach, walking distance to St John’s Pass, clean and well stocked! And the best part for us toddler parents…it didn’t have a million breakable knick knacks for decor. We actually didn’t have to move anything out of fear he would break something! They also provided beach towel, chairs, umbrellas, etc! Anytime I had a question the owner was quick to respond! We will definitely stay here again if available in the future! »

« Overall, great experience! The beds were all super comfortable! The condo itself was the perfect size.The location was good and walkable to plenty of places or could catch the trolley to get around. Suggestion to the property owner- location of the pool and w/d was not clear. Luckily, had some nice neighbors who told me location. If you’re not familiar with the area, it’s a little confusing to find out trolley info. »

« **long post**First thing first. This family put work into this because it’s paradise. I’ve never been to Florida but if i needed a place that made me want to it was this. The pool was always available. We even started a bonfire. The house is tucked away so nobody can see anything from the street. I thought that was cool. Beach was close. Publix, liquor store and places to eat were close. The best part was me having to stay a little longer because of our flight and Lynne was able to get us in...
