'This is my 5th time to Watercolor Inn (started coming in 2017). Love the convenience w the pools (love the new hotel pool). Feel like the restaurants aren't as good as they could be especially compared to restaurants in Rosemary. I do not like the new interior of the rooms, the headboard design is terrible and the worst is the dressers w the non-functional bottom drawer. What is the point of having that? 'Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Bij aankomst kregen wij te horen dat we een gedeelde keuken hadden. We hadden voor 4 personen geboekt, maar er was enkel een set handdoeken voor 2 personen. Het bed was goed, maar er stond een smoezelige slaapbank waar gekreukelde lakens bij zaten die niet om het matras pasten. De airco stond 's nachts veel te koud ingesteld. 'Great location, and easy check in. HVAC did not cool extremely well, and the place was not super clean upon arrival. Nothing to lodge a major complaint about but somethings should be addressed. Dishes needed to be washed prior to using due to stains, lipstick, etc. All ice trays were broken. But the place is in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay'

'Gulf place is the perfect location on 30A. It’s super relaxed and doesn’t have the craziness of the eastern parts (Seaside or Rosemary Beach) yet only 10 min away. The beach is literally across the street with NO boundary issues the rest of 30a beaches seem to have. The shopping and amazing restaurants are a 3 min walk.
