« The natural wood work throughout, and decor was very aesthetically pleasing. Very comfortable bed. Loved having a small kitchen area in room. Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly and happy to help with anything. Definitely would stay again if ever in the area!!! »

« Bon séjour, chambre bien, petit déjeuner bien. C’est juste dommage que la literie était désastreuse. Le lit était tellement mou et vieux que je pense que le matelas était mort ! Le lit c’est quand même le plus important ! J’ai demandé à changer mais il n’y avait pas d’autre chambre après la 1ère nuit. Vraiment dommage car sinon c’était 10/10. »

« We only stayed one night, but this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! The service is 100/10 – every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. « Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well! »

« Excellent convo by the beach! Beautiful views from the moment you walk thru the door! Clean space, comfy beds, variety of seating ops. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice to have washer & dryer. « It was our first time to Destin, and hands down best stay ever- because of the hotel and location. We had a walk out patio with direct access to the beach. It’s a gorgeous white sand, clear warm water beach. The resort is astounding with several restaurants, an affordable breakfast buffet (kids eat free with adult purchase). « First time here and the area is unique and we really enjoyed it. Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. « Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. »

« I wish communication would have been stronger for instance. We didn’t know how to work our TVs. We couldn’t figure out the cable versus streaming. We didn’t know where our towels were. We didn’t know more towels were coming because of the washing machine our fans didn’t mark and although they did send someone over quickly we never got a response from management about them not working the entire time. Our room was clean and neat and comfortable to stay in. I think that a good job was done there. »
