Beautiful new ocean front resort on the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Fabulous pools, long lazy river, great restaurants and a world class spa and exercise facility. All inclusive available, but not required. Spacious and modern two bedroom, 3 bath condo. Great place to spend a week or more on vacation. Easy taxi and uber access to experience all this area has to offer.

I have two offers for this year.

First, a twelve night stay is available from Nov 8 - 20. Believe me, twelve nights is not too long. You will not be ready to leave.

Then second, I can offer Near Year's Week. This reservation is Dec 26, 2026 through Jan 2, 2027.

All resort charges (including restaurant/bar charges) and local taxes and service charges are collected at the resort at check-out. These are in addition to the rental fee for this listing.

The nightly price for the full 12 night period is $375 per night, or $4,500 for the stay.

The nightly price for the New Year's Week reservation is $475 per night, or $3,325 for the stay.

SPECIAL NOTE: The map plotting of this posting is incorrect. I have made multiple requests to VRBO to get it corrected, and have had no success. The actual location is almost exactly half way between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. It is about a twenty minute drive to each destination. You can easily experience what each town has to offer.
