'Ik kwam bij de hotel na twee dagen vliegen, stonk een uur in de wind natuurlijk, maar geen commentaar erover en werd vriendelijk behandeld. Room service was ook zeer goed gedaan.'

'まだ新しい綺麗なホテルです。大浴場も部屋の風呂もシャワーの水圧がしっかりしており快適でした。部屋には電気ケトル、ドライヤー(パワー良し)、加湿空気清浄機が備えられていました。ホテル5階のコインランドリーは洗剤付きで1回300円、乾燥機は30分100円ですがパワーは弱めでした(長ズボンは2〜3回回す必要あり)。隣にコンビニがあり便利ですが、ホテルの9階レストラン(私は利用しませんでした)以外は近隣には飲食店がありません。三宮が近いので困りはしませんし、ポートライナーは十分な本数が走っています。国際会議場まではホテルを出発して20分もかかりません。 やや重要な難点として、早朝からコンテナのトレーラーがホテル前の通りを走るのですが、舗装が悪いのかガタンと大きな音がします。より防音が良いとさらに快適だったかなと思います。'

'Great views on Kobe port tower and the mountains. Beautiful hotel but do not expect to check-in earlier than 3pm. They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. Also you need to store the luggage yourself without any help from the staff in their baggage room. Location and surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and breakfast buffet is extensive'
