'I booked this hotel because there is a free airport shuttle. Mentioned on the website and in Expedia. But I waited almost an hour and no shuttle! Only from the the to the airport and only in the morning?! Why is that not mentioned?? I send a few messages via Expedia to the hotel and never got an answer back! Very bad! Hotel so big and my room was ready, but you only get the key at 16:00… Pffft…'

'Convenient location, friendly staffs, has a free public hot and cold tub plus a sauna. The gym is decently equipped most hotels don't have a gym at all in Japan and in Asia in general. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.'
