"Proper hotel in a Nice environment, good room with all amenities needed, breakfast was typical Japanese, close by to public transport, donburi and shops around the corner. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The area is nearby dotonbori. The hotel is just a minute walk away. But the noisy area of dotonbori doesn't bother the hotel. Next time in Osaka, I will definitely be back here!"

"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors. In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my expectations be towards 3 star it would be ok."

"Ideally close to USJ. Free hotdog and ice cream after 1700 is very nice. Free luggage storage at day of check-in and check-out is very handy. "
