The home has three levels connected by stairs. Three bedrooms are on the top level, and the fourth bedroom is on the lower level. Guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay.

- Main-level bathroom: Conveniently located near the kitchen and living area.

The Atlantic Ocean beach and Pamlico Sound are both within a short walk, making it easy to enjoy the water without having to pack up the car every time you head out.

Surf fishing is available along the nearby beach, with additional fishing opportunities throughout Hatteras Island. ORV beach access points are also within driving distance; permits, access rules, and seasonal restrictions may apply.

When you're ready to explore beyond the beach, nearby attractions include the Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site and Museum, local shops, restaurants, and other Hatteras Island favorites.

We want you to know what to expect so you can plan a comfortable, enjoyable stay.



THREE-LEVEL HOME

The home has three levels connected by stairs. Three bedrooms are on the top level, while the fourth bedroom and its private bathroom are on the lower level. Please keep this layout in mind when booking for guests with mobility limitations.



LINENS & TOWELS

Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Beds are made for arrival, except for the top bunks in the bunk room; bedding is supplied for those beds. Please bring your own beach towels.



STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide starter supplies, including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen towels, dish liquid, soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and coffee pods. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.



TOILETRIES

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not provided. Please bring your preferred toiletries.



COFFEE & COOKING

A drip coffee maker and Keurig are available. Please bring your preferred coffee and any specialty cooking items you may need.



REFRIGERATORS & TELEVISION

Two refrigerators are available, but neither has an ice maker. Five TVs offer streaming entertainment; cable TV is not provided.



RENTAL AGREEMENT

A rental agreement is required for your stay. Please review it before arrival so you're familiar with the property's terms and policies.



SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD

A $500 security deposit hold is placed two days before arrival, as described in the rental terms. Please review the applicable terms for details.



EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT

If housekeeping availability permits, a 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late checkout may be available for a $120 fee. These requests must be approved in advance and cannot be guaranteed.
