'This is an off-grid property and there were not any instructions on how to start the generator, lights, or A/C. The bugs are terrible - the floor board have spaces between them and there are large spaces between the roof and the walls, so the bugs inside are as bad as outside. You will be bitten by hundreds of bugs if you stay here. 'Unit did not have hot water, no hot water heater present, should be advertised that way. Hot tub does not have any way to get hot water. Curtains had medium sized spider webs, sun light view was dirty, with open electrical wires visually present. The sliding barn door does not seal well enough so a cockroach got inside the unit and we had to kill it. Owner took about 1/2 a day to reply to our inquiry about the hot water. Location did feel semi secluded. '
