Enjoy of a modern tiny house located in Caguas Puerto Rico at 8 minutes from the Four Points by Sheraton Caguas Real Hotel & Casino. The property is located in a private area and can accommodate two persons. The house is designed as open spaces and have one bathroom, one bedroom, living room, kitchen, balcony area and pool/jacuzzi.

What is included?
• Kitchen - there refrigerator, electric, stove (2 burners), microwave, sink, modern dishes, modern cutlery, pots and pans, Huge wine glasses and more. In effect a full kitchen with all the utensils.

• Living room - there a sofa, 6 bottle wine cava, huge frame to leave the wine corks signed and a 50 inches TV.

• Bedroom - there a queen bed (bedding is included), two modern ottomans, 32 inches TV and an amazing view to the mountains.

• Bathroom - there a modern shower, toilet, vanity and a Bathtub with an amazing view to the mountains also. Towels, soap, conditioner, lotion and bath-bomb for the bathtub are included.

• Pool area - there a 13 inches per 8 inches pool with a waterfall, pool can be used as a jacuzzi also, heater is programmed from 6:00pm to 12:00am but additional time can be provided as requested.

• Balcony area - there two modern egg seats, a fire pit and an electric smoker grill (traeger grill). This area have artificial grass.

A bottle of wine, two custom wine charms and chocolates are included with the reserve.
