« I have never written a negative review in the dozens of vacation rentals we have stayed. But i could not let this go. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged. contacted the host and she said a new 1 was supposed to be delivered earlier. i replied why was i not told as it takes hours for cool down for foods to be safe. I waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery. No ice maker or ice trays in new frig. the door code was broke, only 1 key. Front door very hard to open even delivery men had trouble. paint...

« Our stay was wonderful. It was steps away from the beach and there were restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and check-in and check out was very easy. The beach was not too crowded and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. »

« Patrick from Rent siesta key was incredibly nice and offered to move us when we found about 40-50 roaches in house. I actually went in to office with video and photos which I emailed to them. The GM refused to talk to me when Patrick called me back and said the GM decided not to move us. Our options were to stay with roaches or leave and get partial credit. Incredible how bad this company is Rent Siesta Key. We had an infant staying and was disgusting thinking of having my grand daughter stay...
