We had a room with a kitchen and everything looked freshly painted. The parking lot lines and exterior looked freshly painted. The grout, sheets, and towels were all bright white- we were very pleasantly surprised. Both staff at the front desk that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.'

'I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a roach crawling on the bed. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. I immediately left and did not stay the night. I reported the issue to Expedia, but no proper action was taken and I did not receive a refund. A clean and safe room is the absolute minimum. I would not recommend staying here.'
