'mooie lokatie, nieuw en derhalve goed verzorgd. ruime kamer, maar safe werkte niet en ondanks 2x beloven, werd er niets aan gedaan. ontbijt had geen cappuccino (moest je weer voor bijbetalen, beetje knullig)'

'I landed at Entebbe airport at 11:00pm, reaching the hotel where no body welcome me, my room was in the 5th floor, I carried my suit case alone, very bad bed with two mattresses, TV was not working and the AC, sometimes good sometimes bad.'

The reception staff were very nonchalant and didn’t really care that we had paid in full yet no rooms were available. The Manager, however, was good. He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full. But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full.
