Herbergen in Northwest Somerset

'Upon arrival Marie greeted us at the door and was very welcoming to her home. It is a split level apartment above Marie’s half of the home but there are several notes telling you not to worry about noise which was very nice and put us at ease (not that we were planning to get rowdy but we didn’t want to disturb Marie). Such a beautiful home overall and everything was well tended to and felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!!'

'This location is exactly what my family needed for a vacation in the woods. With direct access to the ATV trails we were able to ride into Greenville/Shirley and out to Rockwood. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were perfect for us and we all slept great! Additionally, the hospitality from the owners and management company was beyond exceptional! Worth booking and will likely book again!!'

'The cabin was centrally located and a great fit for what we needed. We were a group of five and that seemed like a perfect number for the space (although theoretically I think it can sleep ten). If you plan to cook for larger groups you should bring some of your own pots and pans, and paper plates and utensils (the kitchen does have some things, but not enough for cooking for more than 3-4 ppl). Overall a great stay! The fire pit and river views were lovely. '

'Good, Kirk was great. The entry door lock did not work and I think the rugs could use a cleaning especially the back bedroom. Keep in mind that this property is 25 minutes from Rangeley Village. All in all a great stay and I do recommend it. '

'This was our home base for adventures in and around Rangeley. It was convenient to hiking and golf with plenty of room for the family. Even on the rainy day, we enjoyed family games and shopping in downtown. Only downside was no air conditioning (or not that we could figure out).We have more hikes in the area so we expect to be back!'
